The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and laundry in a friendly, courteous manner, in accordance with our mission, vision, and values. This role supports residents and team members daily.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
