Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and an interest in serving seniors. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; candidates must pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
