Job summary

Lincoln Village Senior Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe resident apartments, common areas, and facilities, helping create a welcoming home-like environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will perform routine and deep cleaning, assist with laundry, follow infection-control procedures, report safety concerns, and document activities in required systems while working with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hotel, healthcare, senior living, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work discreetly and respectfully in resident and guest areas.
• Caring and compassionate attitude with genuine concern for older adults.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident apartments, common areas, and other spaces.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and vacuum floors; dust surfaces and fixtures.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste; clean resident equipment as assigned.
• Complete routine and deep cleaning; sanitize carpets and furniture as scheduled.
• Collect and manage resident laundry; wash, dry, fold, and return items.
• Follow infection-prevention procedures and safety guidelines.
• Document services in required systems and complete logs and trainings.
• Collaborate with care team to support residents and maintain a welcoming environment.
