Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common areas from 8:00am to 3:30pm, including every other weekend. The role reports to the Maintenance Director and is non-exempt, paid hourly.

You will perform cleaning tasks, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a respectful living environment. Benefits include PTO, flexible schedule, on-the-job training, EAP, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, especially in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain resident privacy.

Responsabilités

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms, disinfect high-touch surfaces, change linens in resident apartments.
• Follow the resident service schedule for routine and deep cleaning in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Clean and sanitize common areas daily: entrances, corridors, lounges, dining spaces, elevators, offices, and guest bathrooms.
• Complete routine rounds, address spills, and restock supplies per daily plan.
• Perform deep-clean tasks including carpet and hard-floor care, baseboards, windows, and furniture touch-ups.
