Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes resident comfort, infection control, and collaboration with staff to deliver quality care and service.

You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety procedures, and report maintenance needs. Prior experience is valued but not required; a positive attitude and reliability are essential to succeed with HCSG's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with staff and residents.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure sanitation and safety following established procedures.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Provide positive interaction with residents, staff, and guests.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
