Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Join a team dedicated to positively impacting the communities we serve and delivering excellent customer and resident experiences.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, sanitation, and interacting with residents and staff. Training and ongoing support are provided; vaccination policies are required to comply with facility standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
