Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, and interact positively with residents and staff to provide excellent service.

Applicants should have a positive attitude, be able to follow safety policies, and meet physical requirements. Residence within the service area is expected for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and ability to interact with residents, staff and guests.
• Capable of following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following infection control policies.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
