Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of a gated senior living community. All residents are within the community, so there is no travel required.

Shifts include full-time Tue-Sat 8am–4:30pm and part-time Sat-Sun 8am–4:30pm, with compensation of $19–$21 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, lobbies, bathrooms and classrooms, operating housekeeping equipment, and disposing of trash.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment and trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident’s homes in Independent Living or Nursing Home rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of the community with specialized equipment.
• Clean bathrooms, lobbies, and classrooms to a high standard.
• Assist with trash collection and liner replacement.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces through extraction and vacuuming.
