Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring Housekeepers at The Residence at Riverbend in Ipswich, MA. This full-time role (Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm) offers hourly wages of $19.00-$22.00 and a benefits package starting day one.

Responsibilities include cleaning residents' rooms and common areas, performing housekeeping tasks, and supporting a positive, safe living environment for residents. Training and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have appropriate training/background in similar setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and safety hazards required.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean residents' rooms and common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Discard waste into proper containers and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and assigned spaces.
