Harpers Station Gainesville Memory Care is seeking a dedicated housekeeping and laundry aide to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff. Under supervision, you will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, following established schedules and safety rules.

You will support residents with dignity and kindness, assist in dining room service, and help nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in housekeeping or facilities cleaning preferred.
• Ability to handle residents with kindness and respect.

Responsabilités

• Performs dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all common areas.
• Deep cleans resident rooms per schedule and cleans administrative offices as assigned.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans carpets and floors as requested.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assists residents during dining room service and supports nursing staff as needed.
• Demonstrates empathy and effective communication with residents in a language they understand.
