Cogir Senior Living seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff at our Colorado community. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices, following schedules and infection control protocols.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, plus a High School Diploma and a professional, respectful demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices according to schedule and protocols.
• Disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and textiles as needed.
• Follow safety precautions and infection control procedures.
