Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, ensure sanitation, and support resident well-being by creating orderly living spaces.

You will clean rooms, common areas, and offices, following established schedules while interacting with residents in a friendly, respectful manner and upholding privacy standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses is a plus.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Disinfect bathrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners; launder linens as needed.
• Maintain sanitary, orderly living spaces according to schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Interact with residents respectfully and protect privacy.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and procedures.
