Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
