Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping, follow sanitation procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff to enhance the living experience.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, with adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies and safety guidelines. Residency in the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
