Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure a healthy living space for residents and staff, following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable communication with building occupants and leadership. Residency in the service area is required, and additional benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
