Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, and interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
