Ascentria Care Alliance's Luther Ridge in Middletown, CT is seeking a dependable housekeeper to join our assisted living community, helping keep resident apartments and common areas clean and inviting for residents and staff.

You'll work Monday through Friday, follow infection prevention and safety standards, report maintenance concerns, and collaborate with nursing, dining, and maintenance teams to deliver a warm, home-like experience.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus, but we'll gladly train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and replenish supplies.
• Follow infection prevention and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work closely with nursing, dining, and maintenance teams to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Other duties as requested.
