Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital in Englewood, CO is hiring a full-time Receptionist on three 12-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.), with some weekend coverage. You will manage hospital telecommunications, greet visitors, answer calls, and support patient families while maintaining confidentiality. Benefits include medical plans, 401(k) matching, and PTO. Previous healthcare reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital telecommunication services using phones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients and families.
• Maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance calls, on-call staff, pages).
• Uphold the hospital’s mission and guiding principles in daily practice.
