• Measure and record vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rates.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers to prevent injuries.
• Support nurses with procedures by preparing equipment and patient readiness.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to nursing staff.
