Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Hospice STNA in Columbus, OH, on a PRN basis to provide home health aide services including personal care, household tasks, and companionship. Travel within a 50-mile radius is required; OH STNA certification is mandatory and Home-Based Hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Candidates must have Home-Based Hospice experience for this position.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
