Ohioans Home Healthcare in Toledo, OH is seeking a Hospice State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our patient-centered team. This full-time role involves delivering compassionate home health care and coordinating with families to support independence.

You will perform in-home visits, monitor patient conditions, and provide education, medication assistance, and comfort care under supervision. A valid STNA and CPR are required; travel to patient homes is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of recent home healthcare experience preferred.
• Current STNA certification.
• CPR certification and TB test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medication compliance and provide patient education.
• Set up IV therapy and injections as required.
• Perform in-home patient care and post-operative monitoring.
• Deliver compassionate care and educate patients and families.
