AdvisaCare is searching for a compassionate and dynamic Per Diem Hospice RN to join our dedicated team in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. In this role, you will provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring dignity and comfort in their final days. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and supervising caregivers. A current Michigan nursing license and a minimum of one year of hospice experience are required. Qualifications

• Must have a current Michigan nursing license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospice care required.
• Empathetic approach to patient and caregiver needs essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients.
• Implement and revise individualized care plans as needed.
• Supervise and consult with paraprofessionals providing patient services.
