Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to hospice patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospice protocols.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding disease progression and end-of-life care.
