Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Concord, NH. This office supports hospice clients across Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties.

Prior home care or hospice experience is preferred, but not required. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative home care and ensuring patients remain comfortable at home. BAYADA offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Home care/hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document them.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
