Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for hospice home health in Texarkana, TX. You will work with patients and families in private homes and care facilities, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care across care settings.

The role requires TX RN licensure and a valid driver’s license; home health experience is preferred. You will collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and support families during end‑of‑life care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transportation
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice/home health care to patients in private homes, residential facilities, and other settings.
• Coordinate care with families and health professionals; supervise LVNs and aides as needed.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families; monitor patient changes and alert physicians when necessary
