Ethos is seeking an experienced RN Hospice professional for a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a competitive compensation/bonus structure. Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical care setting.
• One year of full-time hospice experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned patients’ hospice care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor symptoms, and manage medications.
• Educate patients and families regarding condition, needs, and care.
• Communicate patient progress with clinical leadership, physicians, and the care team.
