Job summary

RN Hospice in Mississippi seeks a dedicated RN for a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits. Coordinate patient hospice care, develop plans with the interdisciplinary team, perform head-to-toe assessments, and educate patients and families.

Requires current RN license, driver's license, CPR, and at least two years of RN experience in a clinical setting, plus one year hospice experience. Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Registered Nurse license.
• Must hold a current driver's license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Two years of RN experience in a clinical care setting.
• One year of full-time hospice experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned patients' hospice care
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor symptoms, and manage medications
• Educate patients and families regarding condition, needs, and care
• Communicate patient progress with clinical leadership, physicians, and the care team
