Zusammenfassung

Ethos is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This full-time, day-shift role delivers skilled, compassionate care to hospice patients in home and facility settings, supporting symptom management and educating patients and families.

You will work with the interdisciplinary care team, document accurately, and maintain current licensure and driver's license. Minimum one year of nursing experience and hospice or palliative care exposure are preferred; reliable transportation

Qualifikationen

Current LPN license valid for practice in Missouri.
Current driver's license.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
Hospice or palliative care experience.
Reliable transportation and valid automobile liability insurance.

Aufgaben

Provide direct nursing care to hospice patients in home and facility settings.
Assess patient needs and monitor symptoms, vital signs, and changes in condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
Educate and support patients and families regarding symptom management and end-of-life care.
Communicate changes and concerns promptly to the RN and interdisciplinary care team.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Current LPN license valid for practice in Missouri.
