Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice care in North Carolina. This full-time position involves home visits, symptom management, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver compassionate palliative care at patients' homes.

Ideal candidates have an active NC RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; hospice or home health exposure is preferred, with comfort using EMR systems and traveling to assigned cases.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
