Qualifications

• Must support the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.
• Current RN license in Texas or valid multistate compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice, palliative care, or home health nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments of patient needs.
• Coordinate with physicians for illness certification.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families on disease progression and symptom management.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
