Job summary

Aura One Hospice in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in home, facility, or inpatient settings. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for hospice patients.
Administer medications, treatments, and pain management per physician orders.
Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in home, facility, or inpatient settings.
Educate and support patients and families on disease progression and end-of-life planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides.
Document patient care accurately using EMR.
Respond to after-hours on-call needs and urgent patient concerns.
