Job summary

Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice in Murray, UT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. You will perform hospice nursing visits, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and provide compassionate comfort-focused care.

Educate patients and families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while exercising independent clinical judgment in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in Utah.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or related nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care.
• Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs.
