VNA Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team serving Marlboro, Framingham, Holliston and Franklin areas. You will assess patients, develop and implement compassionate care plans, and advocate for comfort and quality of life at end of life.

The role offers competitive compensation ($93,600–$97,760 yearly), comprehensive benefits, education support, 401K and EAP. Minimum one year acute care, oncology and hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Assess patients' needs and baseline conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfort.
