The ideal candidate is an RN with valid Alabama licensure and CPR certification, at least two years of hospice or home health experience, and a commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN).
• Current Alabama RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse in clinical, home health, or hospice care.
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills; ability to lift and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Case manage and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Develop and document patient plans of care.
• Provide care with OSHA infection control standards.
• Ensure quality and compliant documentation for third-party payers.
• Supervise hospice aides and licensed practical nurses.
• Respond to on-call needs as assigned.
