Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the Plan of Care for hospice patients.
• Continuously evaluate personal and professional performance for quality of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to implement treatment strategies.
