Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home care across Ohio. You’ll work with patients and families to support quality of life, coordinate with the care team, and educate caregivers to empower home-based care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
