OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at home.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
