Job summary

Lakes Region VNA and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate home health team. The LNA will provide essential nursing care and support to patients under supervision, helping with daily living activities and monitoring well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid LNA certification in NH.
• Experience in a home health care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to supervising staff.
• Provide basic patient care and assist with mobility and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and provide emotional support.
