Job summary
Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current and valid LNA certification in NH required.
- Experience in home health care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor vital signs and record observations.
- Provide basic patient care and assist with mobility.
- Observe changes and report to supervising RN/LPN.
- Assist with meals and documentation of care.
