Job summary

CURATUSSC seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for hospice support, delivering compassionate in-home care to patients and families. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and professional conduct within a meaningful care setting.

You will assist with personal care, hygiene, vital signs, and documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. A weekday schedule, mileage reimbursement, and consistent hours are provided.

Qualifications

• State-approved CNA program completion with active CNA certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient support.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene support, exercise assistance, and patient ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs and other clinical metrics.
• Observe, document, and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotation for patient visits.
• Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks.
• Maintain annual continuing education (12 hours) for compliance and growth.
