Job summary

At Home Hospice in Rockwall, TX is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA for PRN coverage. You will provide essential personal care, help with daily living activities, and support the client’s comfort at home.

Responsibilities include documenting client status, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe home environment. Travel within a 50-mile radius is required; Texas CNA certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification is required.
• Travel within a 50-mile service radius for patient care.
• CPR certification within 90 days preferred.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation).
• Support household tasks, meal prep, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and EVV usage.
