Job summary
Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our caring team in Westchester. You will provide hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life, working closely with our nursing staff to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Holds current unencumbered CNA state certification.
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience is a plus.
- CPR certification if mandated by state.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care following the care plan for patient comfort and well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, etc.).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support for patients and families.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and caregiving guidance for terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and agency regulatory standards.
