Hospice of New Mexico is seeking a full-time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. You’ll work closely with our nursing staff in Albuquerque, following individualized care plans to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs.

The position emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and a strong benefits package including

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently certified as a CNA in the state and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification current if state-mandated.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized care following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and changing bedding.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support for patients and families.
• Support families with guidance and care information for end-of-life needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
