Hospice of New Mexico is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our caring team in Albuquerque. The role provides hands-on end-of-life care in patients' homes, working with our nursing staff to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with dignity and respect.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth. Relevant CNA certification and a passion for compassionate care are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum one year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and transportation access.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized care following the care plan to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, and grooming.
• Be dedicated to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Support patients' families by sharing knowledge and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and comply with agency standards.
