Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing personal healthcare services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe home environment, and communicating observations to supervising nurses. A CNA license, driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

• Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
