Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Colorado. You will provide personal healthcare and related services in patients' homes, ensuring a safe, clean environment and working closely with patients, families, and the supervising RN.

Qualified candidates will have CNA licensure, a high school diploma (preferred), and reliable transportation. Experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license and be listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
