Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals. The CNA will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, helping ensure a safe, clean environment and collaborating with the supervising RN.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, current driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in hospice or a related setting. High School Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred as a minimum education.
• Must have CNA license and be listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or equivalent licensure.
• Must have current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with patient and family.
• Share observations with the supervisor and follow directions of a registered nurse.
