UnitedHealth Group is seeking a CNA Hospice Aide in Indiana to deliver compassionate, hands-on care for patients in hospice and support for families at end of life. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity and comfort, and collaborate with the hospice care team to follow the plan of care.

Requirements include CNA certification, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of CNA experience.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services to patients in hospice care.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote comfort and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Follow plan of care and assist with prescribed exercises.
• Perform homemaking tasks and assist with meals as needed.
• Document pertinent observations and maintain patient safety.
