Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team serving Azle, Boyd, Springtown, and Weatherford. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a dedicated patient-care focus in home settings.

You will provide personal healthcare, maintain a safe home environment, collaborate with a registered nurse, and support families during hospice care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare in the patient’s residence.
• Help maintain a safe, clean home environment and report observations.
