The CNA collaborates with clinical supervisors to ensure quality care, adheres to privacy rules, and provides respectful, empathetic support to patients and loved ones. Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Certified by the state as a CNA/Home Health Aide.
• Hospice/home health/geriatric care experience preferred.
• Background checks and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients and families in achieving physical and emotional comfort per care plan.
• Provide support under supervision of clinical staff.
• Promote respectful communication with patients and families.
